Nowadays the event takes place two days or even earlier before the wedding and mostly on a weekend. There is no objection from
parents as they still hold the party and the other excuse for changing the time
of the event because they need to have enough rest for the wedding as well as
there are still a lot preparation that they need to do. Still similar, every
guest must bring pottery to the party and smash it in front of the happy couple
because it brings luck and definitely no glass as it brings luck only when not
broken, Even though toilets and sinks are made of out porcelain it is a not
funny and bad taste to bring those items since nobody really laughs about that
anymore compare to the old days.
